Know Before You Buy

We are available to join you or your home inspector during property inspections, offering valuable feedback and, if needed, providing estimates for the repairs required to prepare the property for rental. 

Managing Minor Rehab 

Should your property necessitate only minor repairs or rehabilitation, we can supervise the work without any extra charges. We exclusively engage 3rd party vendors and refrain from adding any supplementary fees for the services rendered. 

Managing Major Rehab

In the event that your property necessitates significant rehabilitation, and you opt for our oversight, we levy a modest flat fee ranging from $500 to $2,000, contingent upon the extent of the required renovations.
